Originally a trip along the Flint Hills Trail, a forecast of a 25mph crosswind changed our plans to get an early taste of the Katy Trail instead. We’ll be going 85+ miles from Sedalia to Jefferson City, spending the night at Cooper’s Landing along the way, and taking the Amtrak back to Sedalia.
